Another one for the mantelpiece - Entrepreneur of the Year Winner

In recognition of the developments made by Wray Bros within the community Graham Wray on behalf of Wray Bros was awarded South Liverpool Business & Community Awards  – Entrepreneur of the Year.

The awards ceremony, now in its fifth year, recognises the contributions made to the regeneration of the area by individuals and organisations from a wide variety of sectors.  In the face of stiff competition Wray Bros was acknowledged for its tenacity to grow and develop.

From humble beginnings –literally working in rags, Wray Bros has shown to have the desire to succeed. The business, a keen supporter of local initiatives, is now firmly established within the industry and community as a progressive employer and business.

Speaking on accepting the award Graham Wray said:- "I’m here today as a representative of Wray Bros and whilst my brother Mark and I are delighted to win the award we feel it would not have been possible without the guidance and support we have received over the years. There have been many individuals, businesses and organisations such as the South Liverpool Business & Community that have provided the necessary gentle encouragement and sharp prods to carry on and eventually succeed.
