Price
When we provide a price we guarantee there are no hidden extra’s. No charge for Duty of Care certificate, no charge waste transfer documentation and no other hidden charges. A very cheap quote may be reflected in the level of service you will receive. We would recommend asking if a company will guarantee their service levels whereby any failure to do so should result in a refund and a break of the contract.

Service Frequency
We provide 12 service visits per annum as standard. When comparing prices ensure you ask if the price is based on 12 or 8 visits. Most washroom hygiene providers will use a sanitiser at every service to help keep your sanitary bin fresh and avoiding unnecessary odours. We believe with 12 services over 8 will better ensure the effectiveness of the sanitiser.

Length of Contract
We will not try to tie you into lengthy contracts unless expensive equipment is being installed such as hand dryers. Otherwise a yearly contract is standard on our range of sanitary bins.

Service Coverage
We currently operate in Cheshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, North, South and West Yorkshire. Our dedicated team of friendly, service operatives are chosen in order to offer a personal and reliable service.
