This website is operated by Wray Bros Ltd. By using this website, you acknowledge that the use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Prices
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Prices also exclude packing and carriage unless within postcodes CH, L and WA.  Orders received from outside of this area will be charged carriage £4.95.  Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery
Orders received before 1.30pm on a week day will normally be picked and packed the same day for delivery within 48 working hours.  Remote mainland and offshore areas need to allow 3 working days for delivery.  Personalised garments can take up to 21 working days for delivery from artwork approval. In the case of shortage or damage goods Wray Bros must be informed within 3 days from goods receipt.

Payment
To open an account we require initial payment with order together with our completed credit account application form.   Where accounts for goods and/or services become due 30 days after the end of the month of invoice. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Title
Ownership of goods remain with Wray Bros Ltd until paid for in full.

Return of Goods
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Wray Bros. However if, for any reason you decide not to keep your products, you can return the goods if contact us within 7 days upon receipt of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original condition and accompanied by all original sales documentation.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please advise us in writing at sales@wraybros.co.uk and we will arrange to pick the goods up from you. Please note we charge for the collection service, with a handling charge of 10% of the invoiced value. Note: delivery costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty.
