Next Generation Training: Inside Our In-House Content Studio

As a leading supplier in the cleaning, janitorial, and workwear industry, Wray Bros understands how crucial clear communication and impactful visuals are. That’s why we’ve built our very own in-house content studio—designed to elevate how we showcase products, deliver essential training, and strengthen connections with our customers.

Why We Built It

In industries like cleaning, hygiene, and PPE, training and product understanding are vital. Yet, these sectors are often underserved when it comes to professional content. Too often, we’ve seen outdated training methods, unclear instructions, and lacklustre visuals that don’t reflect the importance of the products being used. We saw a clear need—and an opportunity—to change that. By investing in an in-house content studio, we’re bridging the communication gap and producing high-quality visuals and training videos for cleaning products, workwear, and equipment that our customers rely on.

Whether it’s helping a facilities team onboard faster or showing the correct way to apply a sanitiser, our studio supports a safer, smarter way to learn and work.

Inside the Wray Bros Studio

Our purpose-built studio is designed with flexibility and creativity in mind, giving us the tools to create standout content across multiple formats.

Studio Features

  • Rotating Catwalk – Ideal for dynamic 360° fashion shoots of PPE and workwear.
  • Cyclorama Stage – A clean, background for polished product photography and videography.
  • Storage Area – Organised space for props, garments, and filming gear.
  • Dressing Room & Makeup Room – On-site prep areas to keep every shoot running smoothly.
  • Photography Equipment

  • The Canon EOS R mirrorless camera offers impressive image quality with its 30.3 MP full-frame sensor and fast Dual Pixel autofocus, making it ideal for both photos and videos. It’s compact, versatile, and delivers sharp results in various lighting conditions.

  • With a full range of RF and EF lenses, you can explore everything from wide-angle to telephoto, with options like the RF 50mm f/1.2L for portraits or the RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM as a great all-rounder for most shooting scenarios. EF lenses can also be used with an adapter, expanding your options.

  • Bowens Gemini flash heads provide reliable, high-output lighting with features like built-in receivers for wireless control, making them a solid choice for studio setups. They’re durable, powerful, and perfect for consistent lighting in professional shoots.

  • A wide selection of light modifiers allows you to shape the light exactly how you need it. Softboxes create soft, flattering light, while umbrellas provide wider, softer spreads. Beauty dishes and grids add more control and direction, giving you creative flexibility to achieve different moods and effects.
  • Videography Equipment

  • The Canon C200 Cinema Camera is at the heart of the video rig, offering professional-grade performance with a Super 35mm CMOS sensor and Canon’s powerful Dual Pixel autofocus. It captures stunning 4K RAW footage internally, which gives filmmakers and content creators incredible flexibility in post-production. Paired with a versatile assortment of lenses — including fast primes and zooms — the C200 adapts to a variety of shooting environments, whether it's a tightly framed interview, cinematic b-roll, or dynamic product visuals.

  • For lighting, the setup includes Kino Flo lighting systems, renowned in the film and television industry for their soft, natural-looking output. Kino Flos are especially effective for interviews, product demos, and on-set work where flattering, flicker-free light is essential. Their colour accuracy and consistent temperature control help ensure that skin tones look true-to-life and that products are presented clearly and cleanly. These lights also stay cool to the touch, making them comfortable to work around on longer shoots.
  • What We Create

Our training videos are clear, practical, and safety-focused. From PPE usage to chemical handling, each video is structured for real-world use — with simple visuals, straightforward narration, and a goal to empower teams with knowledge they can trust.
We take care to structure each video for clarity — using clean visuals, easy-to-follow narration, and real-world examples that make instructions simple to understand and apply. These are designed not just to inform, but to empower teams with the knowledge they need to stay safe and confident in their roles.

Our approach to product photography is all about precision and consistency. We focus on clean, high-quality imagery that works just as well on a website as it does in print. Every item is photographed to highlight its design, materials, and functional details, helping customers make informed decisions. From wide shots that provide full product context to detailed close-ups that showcase craftsmanship, we create images that are both visually appealing and informative. The result is a professional, unified look across all platforms and marketing materials.

For our workwear and PPE lines, we take a fashion-forward yet practical approach. These shoots aim to present gear in a way that speaks to both style and functionality. We use professional models and real-world environments to show how the clothing performs under active conditions. Whether it's motion shots that capture flexibility, or polished 360° views that let customers explore every angle, these shoots help people visualize how the gear fits and functions on the job. It's about making practical gear look and feel modern, durable, and dependable.

Promotional content is where we really bring the brand voice to life. These are high-impact videos and visuals designed to create a connection — with customers, partners, or internal teams. Whether launching a new product or sharing a story about innovation or craftsmanship, the goal is to spark interest and leave a strong impression. These pieces are crafted with a cinematic touch, combining sleek visuals, dynamic pacing, and strong messaging. They’re perfect for campaigns, trade shows, and digital marketing, giving your audience something memorable to connect with.

    The Impact

This in-house content studio doesn’t just enhance how things look—it transforms how our customers learn, train, and engage with the products they use every day. With clear, visual instructions, we’re helping teams get up to speed faster, reducing onboarding time significantly. The clarity of our training content leads to safer workplaces, thanks to consistent, easy-to-follow guidance. Our product-specific demos make compliance simpler and more accessible, especially for teams working with complex cleaning chemicals or PPE. On top of that, our polished visuals contribute to a more professional brand image across every customer touchpoint—from internal training to client-facing materials. Ultimately, better content means better-informed staff and customers, and that’s a win for everyone.
