Celebrity Chef Cooks Up A Storm With School Children
Big Cook Helps Little Cook
A celebrity chef will be giving up his spare time to teach students in a local school how to master the
art of cooking.
Ellis Barrie, who has appeared on shows such as The Great British Menu will begin teaching pupils
between the ages of 11-18 who attend Ysgol Uwchradd Bodedern, Anglesey, on October 15th.
To play the part, you must first look the part
Before then though, the Welsh cooking wizard reached out to Wray Bros to help the kids look the part
with some personalised catering uniforms and we were more than happy to oblige for such a good cause!

The Marram Grass
Founded by brothers Liam and Ellis Barrie back in 2011, the pair turned a greasy spoon caravan park into The Marram Grass, one of the most ambitious restaurants in Wales.

Ysgol Uwchradd Bodedern
This county comprehensive school provides education for boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 18 in Anglesey.

Kitchen Cleaning
Handy tips on how to clean your kitchen with the appropriate cleaning chemicals after food preparation.

If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen
Wray Bros have helped supply a
mixture of chef whites, hats, trousers and shoes because not only does a restaurant's food have to be presented
well, but so do their staff.
The chef jackets of course wouldn't be complete without The Marram Grass logo and Ysgol Uwchradd Bodedern logo
embroidered on the breast.
5 Star Service
This shows that both the school and restaurant are professional and care about their brand and it is
the same across the whole hospitality and catering industry.

For a few hours every week Ellis will attend the school in his spare time and teach pupils not only the basics
of cooking but a few fancy tricks normally reserved for his award winning restaurant.
He said: "There is such a struggle for chefs across the UK and it is down to the restaurant industry
to do something about it. Even if none of the students become chefs, I still think educating children about food
and provenance is so important."
But you don't have to be a celebrity to work with Wray Bros. We cater to every business from aprons
for food vans, schools, colleges and universities all the way up to big restaurant and hotel chains.
