To help you ensure we reproduce your company logo to an eye-catching standard, below are the FAQ's regarding how to submit your design in a suitable format ready for personalisation.

A. Depending on stock availability and once you have given approval of the proof, delivery of your order will be within seven working days.
Expected delivery times may be affected during busy periods; in such cases, Wray Bros will notify you.
A. To ensure you are happy with your logo and layout, we will email you a proof to sign-off before production commences on all first-time orders. Artwork must be approved before any personalisation can begin. You will be sent the mock-up within 7 to 10 days upon our receipt of your hi-res logo. Wray Bros is not responsible for errors once you have permitted production to start.

To provide a value-for-money service, we seek to waive the set-up charge on all new orders.

Firstly, there is no setup cost for standard fonts. Secondly, for customer logos, we can only do this if the provided image file meets the requirements within the Artwork Guidelines page. The logo must be a hi-res image jpeg, eps or tiff format. If you cannot supply artwork of sufficient quality, we can reproduce your artwork covered by a set-up charge. The cost starts from £25.00 ex vat.
Suppose you are unhappy with your purchase of plain, unadorned garments. In that case, you can return the items to us for a refund or an exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition and accompanied with the original sales documentation. Please advise by emailing the completed Returns Form to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Note, that there will be a handling charge of 10% of the invoiced value. Wray Bros will only reimburse delivery costs if the goods are faulty.
We will replace any personalised item if it is faulty or incorrect due to a failure to supply the workwear as per your instructions. Wray Bros does not offer returns or refunds on customised items that we have provided as per the customer sign-off.
Unlike some companies that charge different rates depending upon the complexity of your logo, the number of stitches required and the total number of items to embroider. Wray Bros offers one single price for embroidery lettering and embroidery logos.
Whilst an exact match is difficult, if you supply the Pantone references for your logo, we will find the closest thread colour and produce a sample for your sign-off.
We would be happy to provide a quote to create your business logo. To discuss your needs, send a description of what you want from a logo to [email protected], when a Personalisation team member will be in touch.
When you submit your personalisation order it is be assumed you hold the copyright or have permission from the owner to have the logo reproduced. If we consider the provided logo infringes copyright law, we will ask for proof of permission (e.g. letter of consent, a company specific email address). If it cannot be provided, we will not be able to reproduce your logo or continue with your order.
We can print your logo on to Beanie hats and baseball caps.
