Scrubber Dryer Machines

A scrubber dryer is a floor cleaning machine that applies cleaning solution, agitates the floor using brushes or pads, then collects the dirty water using a vacuum and squeegee system. This allows hard floors to be washed and dried in one cleaning process.

Battery-powered scrubber dryers offer greater freedom of movement and are useful where access to power sockets is limited. Corded machines can run continuously without battery charging, making them suitable for areas where a power supply is readily available.

The right size depends mainly on the floor area, layout and obstacles within the space. Compact machines are easier to manoeuvre in smaller or congested areas, while wider walk-behind or ride-on scrubber dryers can clean larger open floors more efficiently.

Scrubber dryers are generally designed for hard floor surfaces such as vinyl, safety flooring, sealed concrete, tiles and other suitable commercial flooring. The correct brush, pad and cleaning chemical should always be chosen for the specific floor type.

Ride-on scrubber dryers are designed for larger floor areas where productivity and operator comfort are important. They can be particularly useful in warehouses, distribution centres, large retail spaces, manufacturing sites and other extensive commercial or industrial environments.
