Where to use Jangro Sanitising Powder
Can be used in brewing, dairy, meat processing, ice cream and food processing industries as a general purpose detergent sanitiser. Its low foam properties make the product ideal for use in circulating cleaning systems and is safe on most surfaces except aluminium.
How to use to sanitise your kitchen
For general cleaning of work surfaces such as table tops, cutting boards, sinks etc.
Jangro Sanitising Powder can be:
- Shaken over the surface followed by wiping down the surface with a clean damp cloth.
- A solution of Jangro Sanitising Powder at between 1-2oz per gallon can be applied by soaking, spraying, mopping or brushing over the items to be cleaned.
- Leave for 5 minutes to lift soils
- Rinse with clean water.
- Cutlery, crockery, utensils etc. can be cleaned and sanitised by immersion in a warm 0.5%-1.0% solution of Jangro Sanitising Powder, then rinsed in clean water.
- For circulation cleaning systems Jangro Sanitising Powder is an effective sanitiser and cleaner at concentrations as low as 0.25%-0.5%.
